I searched and searched this topic on all the forums, social media and Reddit. I only found a couple options but nothing that said yes this is the one. So I ordered all the options to see what worked best. The 3rd Cupholder from Shelltech on Etsy was the clear winner. It doesn’t take up the cupholder so you don’t have to remove it every time you hit the drive through. If you’re single the Swigzy would work but with a wife and kids you need all the cupholders you can get.

In 2023, was provided one to test out lets say.... I have it still but opt to use another cup holder from another ESTY seller.

Read here:

It interferes with the parking brake.. I for one rarely use the parking brake, so to me it is no big deal.

I did do a sort of test for myself though.... When I had a bottle in the holder, I grabbed the e-brake handle and yanked up... Yes, the parking brake handle did raise / set the parking brake and the cup holder raised upward and crooked.

Remember, the 3rd cup holder handle is not fastened into the center console.... it just kinda sits in /resides in the console's center slot.

With that said if I ever had to yank up on the parking in some kinda panic move, you could.

As mentioned, I do not use the parking brake (rarely) ... and if I did, I could easily, quickly remove the cup holder.

As can see in this pic, the end of the parking brake handle is still clear, where you would grab it and pull.

I order this on Amazon, you can move it to not block the important stuff such as the emergency brake.

That one looks like they are trying to sell it to @SadRobot with the fries in the picture.

So, in a different vehicle, I faced a similar conundrum and used the sling below:

Amazon Yeti Sling

It can attach to the mole panel on the back of the seat, or it can be hung from the headrest, either facing forward or behind the seat. This has worked out well for my other vehicle.

I do in both my JLU and JT. I don’t believe I ever put a 32oz cup in those but I have my typical 24oz tumbler and any number of other cups. Also handy for holding snacks while I’m driving. I do have one very tall tumbler that won’t fit.

My wife is always toting one of those huge tanks around. Personally, I don't get it. They get warm and they're always a pain to lug around.

I think I'm going to get one of these for her birthday coming up. You think she'll like it?
