I've been waiting for a year for the 2.0 option to come back to the Rubi X. Currently, the 2.0 is completely gone from the website and the XR package is not even an option as well. Looks like '24 is done. Hopefully Jeep gets their act together so I can spend a ridiculous amount of money on them. Too bad they're not building products their customers want.

I find it funny you think most customers WANT the 2.0  :bandit:

Maybe they are listening to their customers

I ordered my '24 Ruby X 2-door W/35 package in mid February and took delivery a week ago today...I am very happy with it but anyone wanting a 2-door W/35" package was forced to order the 2.0T/4.56/Auto, I wanted the 35" package with the 3.6/4.88/Auto. My guess is the '25MY order banks will open shortly and hopefully they will have this nonsense sorted!

My neighbor went down to price a 2-door 35" package last weekend and was told that package was 'paused'....

I have been enjoying my 2024 Rubi-x with the 3.6L penstar minivan engine. 😉 luckily without e-torque
Me too 24 X, 3.6 no e-torque but I still have the crappy ESS and 2nd battery. All in all, it is a bang up package.

The 3.6 has been having the lifter / rocker arm issues and the 2.0t has been pretty reliable from what I've read on here.

I've had both and prefer the 2.0t especially with the 4.56 gears.

My 3.6 was pretty damn anemic at altitude, but then again we live well over a mile above sea level.

I wanted to order for a MY24, but the no 2.0 L pushed me away from it. I just wouldn’t pay the up charge for the 3.6 L (plus it’s a worse engine than the 2.0 L in every metric). I bought a leftover MY23 instead because of this….

You haven't been reading much then. There are plenty of catastrophic 2.0l issues. Really in that respect it's a pick-your-poison question - do you want rocker failure or general implosion? It seems either one requires engine replacement so just pick what you like and make sure you opt for MaxCare.
