I can see this. I think the 4xe debacle may have hit them harder than they're letting on.
I'm sure all manufacturers are downplaying such debacles. Toyota with QC failures, GM with engine design failures, and Stellantis with entire platform failures.

If anything keeps the JL living a little longer, it'd be thanks to Stellantis' insatiable desire to continue sucking at logistics.

The PHEV 4xe platform has been completely axed. It’s not coming back. Stellantis even discontinued the Pacifica PHEV.
NOT THE PACIFICA !!! What will we do without the Pacifica !!
With all that’s going on with all the problems at Stellantis, I'm kinda just hoping that they sell Jeep to someone better, that would be practically ANYBODY else.
At the same time, it could get worse if that happened, I think. It’s pretty bad right now.

Clearly this is the 5.7 happening all the cousin fuckers are up in arms about.
Coming in hot, nailing it again 😂
(not the cousin, though)

Man, if this isn't the truth. I feel like Stella let Tavares run wild a little too long.

If we are playing the guessing game...
Stella may have a few too many chassis, body, parts already built for the 4xe platform. They will try to use and build what they can to make gas models and extend out the JL by another year to deplete inventory and recoup some of their loses.

Why would they do yet another refresh on JL when the next-gen is due to go to production in 24 months? That would be the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
Its a jeep thing......
