Right there with ya, buddy. I found out from my dealer along with the fact that "Estimated Ship Date" got pushed from 9/30 to 10/8. He said nothing had really changed except that they have pushed out production timelines a bit. We'll see.

What day did you move into D1? Last word from my dealer is I still didn’t have a ship aka build date. I moved into D1 on Sept 7

8/23 if I remember correctly, but didn't initially have an "Estimated Ship Date". That populated in a subsequent email from the dealer that indicated I was still D1 but now had an ESD of 9/30. Then, earlier this week they sent me a screen shot showing the regression to D and a new ESD of 10/8 along with the explanation I described above.

Yeah... hanging out in the "happy people" order thread it's tough when there seems to be a wave of updates... but not for us. I'm about to start day 70 since I ordered and still at "D"...

I have to say that if I hit day 90 and there's still no movement I'm going to have to reevaluate whether it will ever actually get built. Every option I've chosen (doors, color, engine, top, groups) have all progressed on other builds. At that point I'll have to consider whether I've put together the "perfect storm" that Jeep just doesn't want to build.

I did get an email response from my guy yesterday because I had emailed him about something financing-related and he did start off my email by saying "less than a month to go!" So I'll just trust he knows way more than the pizza tracker would like to tell me.

I hope things change for you soon! I'm hoping we're in the lot of people that never get updates and our preciouses just magically appear on the dealer lot.

Your order date info is eerily similar to mine (D1 on 8/23, no estimated ship date in any trackers, dealer last week sent me a message that it would arrive around the end of the month), except my dealer hasn't updated me on any regression...yet. Is this something I'll have to ask my dealer or look for on the tracker?

Edit: I just messaged my dealer, and they said it was kicked to early October now. ?

It took me 106 days to move from c/d to D1 and a Vin. I notice someone else was at 3 days longer than me. It made me feel better. Let someone else's pain be your comfort.

This doesn't surprise me after reading where Ford has some 45,000 vehicles in limbo and parked all over the place due to parts shortages. Now the paint issue.....how do you go all in and announce two new colors for the production year and then can't produce one of them???? COME ON MAN!!!!!!!

Now that is eerie with the kick to Oct like mine. I went back and looked at emails from dealer. Was D on 8/19 and D1 on 8/24, so went D1 somewhere in between there. ESD of 9/30 w/D1 status showed up in dealer email on 9/7. Then on Tuesday of this week, back to D with ESD of 10/8. Regression to D doesn't show up on the trackers. They all still have me at D1.

None of us know anything about what's going on with Earl orders, it's just that no one has seen one produced in the wild, which is leading to speculation that there's something going on with the Earl paint. Now if it's a Toledo issue or a vendor who paints parts issue, that's unknown. It is pretty frustrating though that some people have taken delivery on their Reign orders and us Earl peeps are wringing our hands together wondering wtf is going on. Compared to the other colour groups, we are an anxious bunch! ??
