2024 Order Waiting Room

This seems odd to me. I had been in contact with FCA customer service to get updates. They sent me the build sheet this morning, but said the window sticker was not yet available. How is that possible when the jeep is already at the dealership?

I'm starting to think that they folks Stellantis laid off were working in customer service and tracking. This morning I first tried chat to find out why I couldn't access the tracker, and they simply told me to call. So I called, and they told me to contact my dealer.

Here is the order of events, for my order, all in one post to help out the remaining few that still have 2024 orders. It was delivered to the dealer today and the tracker still shows it hasn't shipped. (EDIT: This afternoon it shows that it shipped)

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the updates, but I was tracking it anyway to try to figure it out.

Thanks for posting your experience and chain of events, it seems like the updates are all over the place for many. I just posted Sunday that my Jeep was in production as of 8/8 and estimated delivery 9/1. I received a text/email today that it was built 8/12 and ready to be shipped with an estimated delivery 8/22, but I’m still not seeing a window sticker. I hope the timing works out to pick it up next weekend, I’ve had zero communication from the dealer since ordering on 7/1.

Brought her home. Web tracker shows built Aug 11. Delivery TBD. No window sticker available although I have one. Decent experience at the dealership. Still took hours to get through it all. Good luck to the rest still waiting. The salesman said the delay was due to the employee lease program vehicles getting priority.

Update: I received a video from my dealer today showing that my Jeep just arrived and is ready for pick up!! Jeep Tracker shows as Shipped with a TBD delivery date and no window sticker available.

The tracker shows built 8/13 for me but no sticker available and delivery TBD. I ordered on 7/18 and my salesman correctly guessed it would be built by 8/14. He also guessed ten days for shipping.

I think it's time to start cleaning out my garage to make room for that big pink behind.

I also got to shipped status today in the tracker but it came a few hours after getting the email from my dealer that it arrived. Picking up on Friday!

Great to see a two door get built quickly! Mine has been in "production" since July 31st! This gives me hope I might see it early Sept.
