The $1000 Bonus Cash is a Manufacturer’s incentive. Every dealer will accept it (assuming your purchase falls within the parameters of the fine print) - the dealer will deduct the $1000 from your purchase price and JEEP will reimburse the dealer.
The Tread Lightly is a voluntary program for dealers to participate; to sell you the vehicle at an automatically pre-negotiated price level (my dealer does not participate.)

The Factory Bonus Cash should not affect the TL price level.

My dealer said JEEP offers a 14 day price protection for a signed Priced Order Copy. (My order was for MSRP price level - only a few hundred bucks mark up on a Base Sport 2D). It appears to be a factory backed price protection.

Based on a few posts here, some dealers are re-negotiating the selling price once the Wrangler is ready for delivery. It appears as those purchases started out at discounted price levels, and the dealers take opportunity to bump their profits a bit. While others have reported that their signed POC prices were honored at delivery (I’m assuming those deals were done at MSRP levels).

I do not know if JEEP will only offer POC price protection on MSRP sales (nor do I know how JEEP would know the difference; at which price level the Wrangler was sold.)

Others with better insight and experience with TL may correct me here.
I ordered my jeep @ MSRP no discounts included. Asked my dealer about Tread lightly and was told they accept all FCA affiliate programs at the dealership so advised me to join. The FCA affiliates website updated the eligible car list to now include 23 models. My MSRP for my fully loaded reign rubicon is $2600 more now. Base price, paint color, and destination charge all jumped up my add ons did not. I am assuming the TL discount is for 1% below invoice which I think is below dealer invoice not MSRP. From order to delivery will be about 6 months. I will find out in about 3 weeks if my delivery date stays on time. Will let the forum know how it goes. ?? if they let me use both or pick one.

O.K. O.K. I'm old. I have my LJ and the new 2023 GC is en-route. Where am I? I think I need a nap. Zzzz!
All good - have plenty of those moments myself‼ Congrats on your build.

My dealer honored our agreement on the POC when I ordered, and it wasn't an MSRP POC, I paid 6% under invoice. To clarify it was 6% under invoice at the time order was placed. Dealer told me when I asked about MSRP going up all confirmed orders are price protected, so any dealer not honoring that is just padding their profit.

I was price protected at 6% below invoice and my dealer (Miracle CJDR in Gallatin Tn) honored that price on delivery. They did have a $599 document fee, but given the deal, I was fine with the $599 fee. There is NOTHING I trust less then a car salesman. But I feel like I got a good deal from a good dealership. There are still some good ones out there...

My Jeep has been sitting at built now for 11 days. I can see build sheet and window sticker. Tracker says eta 12/30. I’m hoping. Hoping everyone had a nice Christmas. We had such a beautiful white one ?. I needed my jeep for the snow!

So question on the $1000 bonus cash.

I placed my order on 12/22 - the bonus cash expired 2/21. Has anyone been able to extend their bonus cash in the event that they weren't able to take delivery in time.

Very good to read, that the POC price protection is also applied on purchases below MSRP. And especially that some dealers are willing to cut into the Hold-back!! Thanks for the Feedback.

Yup. Sitting built at 8 days. We will see what happens. I have no idea what schedule they are on but it will work out in the end.

It looks like the Jeep employees got the weekend off for Christmas. Merry Christmas to them all. I wonder if they're doing some maintenance in the factory during the break? There hasn't been a single build sheet on cryptostickers.net since the 21st. Hopefully they'll come back refreshed and crank out some Jeeps! Happy Holidays to everyone!

Im using both of these. My dealer has already deducted both amounts off of my price. So yes it can be done but it will be up to your dealer if it happens for you.
Where did you sign-up for this?
