My build entered Prod on 12/1. Tracker still shows E with ETA 1/8/23. Dealer says it is actually in JS (storage), waiting for shipping. (It has no Mopar add-ons.) Tracker will most likely update once the JEEP leaves the plant grounds.
Never got an estimate of arrival by dealer. Only going by the Tracker info.

My dealer provided estimate was 12/09. Clearly we are past this, but Jeep tracker says 01/12/23 arrival. But my dealer said that that's very likely wrong, because their sales team will call me "30 days prior to delivery" to figure all the sales stuff. But this makes no sense, because I called Jeep Corporate and they said estimated arrival is 01/12/23, which would mean it's getting delivered in like 14 days, but dealer has no idea about it...

Delete your cookies and try it. The machines I built on won’t pull it up but the others do.

Im not sure the dealer knows 30 days out. They may ship and be delivered within a few weeks

Yaaaassss! Thank you so much, for me it wasn't on the summary page... but it popped up a window in my browser when I left it idle on the summary. I used a sequestered copy of chrome, that had no cookies...

You and me both! Went from the 7th to the 2nd and now the 9th. I’m guessing something holiday or weather related.

They are that is all they have access to. When I called and couldn't get a straight answer on our vehicle being shipped they transferred me to my dealer when I asked to speak to someone who had real information. Dealer always has more info.

Where did you sign-up for this?

This showed up on the main Jeep website, not on the build part of the website, I got my offer after I signed up for their mailing list. Just put my name and email address and I got it. Maybe go down to the bottom of jeep where it says research, and sign up for updates, then you will get these offers.

I didn't say I'm not going to buy another Jeep, but I definitely won't order one again, now that I'm familiar with the process. 8+ months from order to delivery is a ridiculous time to wait for a mass-produced vehicle that is manufactured 500 miles away from me and has been around since January 2021 (with very minimal changes since then). The useless pacifier customer service makes it more aggravating and the fact that nobody at Jeep or the dealer ever has any info why there are huge delays just makes the entire process not worth it.

We pre-ordered a Bronco in July of 2020 and ordered it when orders opened in February 2021. I have not heard a single explanation as to why I do not have a Bronco in my driveway or why it doesn’t even have a vin almost 2 years later, that’s why we’re ordering a Jeep instead. 8 months is ridiculous but you also ordered a low production model that’s in high demand. You wouldn’t get it off a lot of you tried and even if you could, you would be slapped with dealer markup out the ass.

So there’s no way to see a tentative schedule date without bothering your dealer? They told us estimated build/delivery date was in late January but I guess we just have to wait and see if the tracker updates to E?
