This issue hasn't been addressed in awhile but typically, you get this email shortly after you order or when it's scheduled.I’m guessing it’s not a GREAT sign when it takes 53 days to send the “We got your order” email, lol.

My dealer still hasn't received a VON for my order(also a 4xe) they were told was confirmed last week. Though I'm fine not getting a VON quickly if it's because they factory's laser-focused on building them asap.
