Well, here we are. Actual "order" for me was 8/8/22, looks like the dealer took a little additional time inputting. Today is day 58 since I placed my order. Now it's in transit, somewhere. Unfortunately my contact at the dealer has informed me he is out on medical leave, so I will be contacting them tomorrow to determine where my new Jeep is, and what the ETA is...

It’s all relative… my order confirmed date is one day prior and I’m still in C status.

Man I hope the inventory guy checked the right order when he said mine left the factory on Sunday. 15 days in production but I got a window sticker already

Did the tracker ever update that yours had shipped?

No. The last update was "built" on 9/28 and then once I took delivery it updated to "delivered". Skipped the shipping update altogether

What dealer in NC? Our order is through Capital. Just went into production today with the same estimated arrival date. Maybe they will be on the same truck.

My dealer is Jacky Jones CDJR. Mine was delivered to them last Saturday night. I picked her up Monday. Hopefully yours will be in your driveway soon

You are moving along great. I saw a lot of value in the Willys package. I ordered mine 8/19 and it was sitting in my driveway 10/3, so pretty quick. I got the 2.0 turbo and the hard top and a few other things. I'm loving it

We’ll you might be in D. That’s when you get a VIN. But the trackers don’t show D they show C then D1. Usually at C/D the teacher doesn’t pick up the VIN. Interesting that it’s there.

the official tracker is lagging on multiple fronts, so my guess is they've scheduled the vehicle but haven't updates the status. As they're doing that on the backend regularly now, one would assume the front end has the same issue. Good news for them, we hope.

Scheduled the first day and with a base two door manual trans no less. I’m all for it! But I’m not going to count on moving so quickly anymore. I wonder if we start seeing everyone get VINs right away starting now, maybe i was just the first of the new way of doing things.

I ordered last Thursday and also got my VON and VIN right away, wasn't sure if that was common or not.

No this is not common. Usually the VIN does not show on the tracker until you’re scheduled. You’re the second person this has happened to though, so perhaps Jeep made a change to the tracker?

Does anyone know if they go by train to CT or by truck?

For my order I couldn’t get any concrete info. I was told one day that it was going by truck. Then I was told that it was on a train going from rail yard to rail yard. Then finally I was told that it was stuck at a vendor for a month and made its way on a truck 3 days before it got delivered. Personally I believe the last scenario the most.
