As a 2 door order with half doors that placed a few days after you… this is encouraging to see !Mine also has the 1/2 doors as well, I was surprised as well thought the doors would take a long time.

I have heard others talk about delivery problems ranging from not having enough drivers to problems with the railroad. Not sure if that's the case here, though. Why do you think there is such a long gap between going into production on like 8/19 and delivery on 10/17, does it really take 2 months
It will be interesting to see howIt's one step closer! I would assume that this means that they have all the parts for our builds?
With a national rail strike looming next month, it could get a lot longer!!!!!Why do you think there is such a long gap between going into production on like 8/19 and delivery on 10/17, does it really take 2 months
Um... that's a VIN for a Grand Cherokee... input it here: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/DecoderOrdered: 5/12/22 (received VON and VIN a week or so later)
Scheduled: 7/12/22
Dealer in TN tells me at beginning of August, D1 status est ship date 8/16..ok cool...few days later pushes out to 8/24...sure guess I can wait...next update he tells me it's BACK to D status with est ship date 8/16. Said idk what's going on because it was just showing in Paint earlier. So praying 8/16 was production date! Tracker has only updated like once to scheduled, so no telling.
2023 Jeep GC Limited
1C4RJGBG0PC503009 (anybody think the PC part is odd?)
Yes. FridayAnyone with a manual transmission enter production yet?
Not much better, but I never even noticed it on the 'build-and-price' configurator side preview..![]()
For everyone wondering about the flag decal, it’s not a very clear picture but the decal will be behind the “Wrangler” decals on both front fenders.
He did say "2023 Jeep GC Limited"Um... that's a VIN for a Grand Cherokee... input it here: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/Decoder
It's not stuck at the build vendor? https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...ss-stuck-at-the-build-vendor-jb-status.93269/My tracker said I entered production on the 16th, my build sheet didn’t show up until the 19th and unless my jeep is waiting for an inspection and they don’t count that as being built my jeep has been in production for almost a week now which seems a little excessive but I don’t build vehicles for a living so what do I know
I hadn’t even thought about that. It is a 4xe so the hood decal could be holding it up. Guess I’ll give my dealer a call tomorrow and see if he has any info for meIt's not stuck at the build vendor? https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...ss-stuck-at-the-build-vendor-jb-status.93269/
Not sure why he'd think the PC part was "odd" then. GCs are manufactured in Detroit, I think, not Toledo which is why it's C on his VIN and not W.He did say "2023 Jeep GC Limited"
@jhadley93, you might find better info over on the WL Jeep Forum, this is the JL Wrangler Forum.
Somebody over there may have better more up to date info that what we have. Cheers.
