Same here with the order number not pulling up the tracker at all currently. I'm hoping it's a big update and all of a sudden a big chunk of us are in production

Typically, you should have a VIN within a week to 10 days tops. My VIN still doesn't show up on the Tracker and I have had the VIN for 5 days. There is no reason for a salesman not to reply to you with a VIN.

I’ve had my VIN from my dealer but I don’t want to go back and ask for the build date so I’m just sitting back hoping it’s sooner than later!

Build/ship date I was given is 9/13.

This happened to me a few days ago. The block status is saved in your browser session. If you close your browser (or tab) and open a fresh one, the tracker will unblock you.

My feeling is a dealer that won't give you a trade in value before is out to screw you! Run!

They'll usually give you a current estimate, but they rarely guarantee that since the value could diminish quite a bit by the time the Jeep arrives.

Uckk. Tracker finally started working again, but still no VIN or anything other than 'order confirmed' (received VIN from dealer weeks ago and the "in production queue" email today). All that for nothing, lol.
