For those of you stressing about not having a VIN and you ordered before someone else... Having been monitoring a Jeep build since April and following several people that have been ordered since late 2021/early 2022 that STILL don't have their Jeeps and some not even "In Production" status yet. You have to learn to be patient - there is NO rhyme or reason to how Jeep operates - at least during the 2022 builds. There were people that ordered after me that got their Jeeps (or at least ship dates) before me, I got movement before someone that ordered theirs in Dec 2021... It seems to be a crap shoot, some say it's because of the Mopar products, others because of the XR pkg, others because it's the safety groups and yet - we'd see other Jeeps built with those items.

I think its about 2 week average on getting a VIN (at least it was for 2022s) and then you sit and you wait. I got my VIN about a month before it went to Scheduling - others was only days. Then almost 2 months before it went to Production and a week to get a build sheet (just to discover it was incorrect).

So, my best advice - don't expect a First Ordered First Build type scenario. It most likely ain't gonna happen that way. You'll get built when you get built. You have NO IDEA how I hope that's not true anymore (since I'm now starting this whole painful process over). But my guess is, nothing much has changed.

@DobermanDad- I actually ordered on the phone with my dealer. He said the price of GG came down as well. Per my build sheet my GG was $295.

And let the 2023 delays begin.. Went from a 8/15 build date to 8/18. Seems to be about right since multiple others have seen their dates pushed

What the heck?! I ordered 7/14 confirmed 7/18 and still no VIn from dealer or from the dealer tracking and obviously nothing on the pizza tracker ? how can people order after me and get a VIN ?

You'll drive yourself nuts if you think that when an order was placed has a significant bearing on when it moves to the next step. You'll also drive yourself nuts if you try to figure out what's holding up an order.

My GG was $295 as well, Ordered 6/9

It was a $495 option when I ordered mine in July. I passed. Based on what I've read around here, I think I'd still pass even at $295.

It was also a $495.00 option on the website but dealer said it wasn't available when I ordered (today).

I spoke with my dealer this morning and he told me they were showing a ship date of Sept 10. Tracker still isn’t showing my VIN, but I got it from my dealer almost a month ago

Did you go and click on Track New Orders? You will need your VIN - once you 'register' (for lack of a better word) then you'll be able to track in Crypto. If you have done that already, then you will probably need to click on the All Orders tab. You won't see yourself on the 'home page' until you have activity during that 24-hr period.

Did any of that makes sense?

I'm actually showing on there now! It updated just a little bit ago. Thanks! And now I wait (not so patiently) until I hear that it's arrived

I may have to recant part of my earlier post... I ordered (reordered) on 8/10 and received a VIN today. Imagine my surprise. Still in D status...

I ordered my Rubicon 4xe on Monday afternoon and had my VIN on Wednesday morning.

I'm a little disappointed, in Canada, block heaters used to be an included thing with anything above a sport (as late as 2019 I think). Just checked with my dealer and they aren't standard anymore. What's worse is that as far as the build site goes (in Canada at least), they aren't an option either.

Yeah based on the reviews may not be worth it, I had been pricing out a 22 but by the time I went in, june 9 it was 23s and the pricing differences caught my eye. The GG was one I noticed at only 295 cause it was the only thing that went down lol.

My NickName is still associated with my old 2022 VIN so gotta figure out how to disassociate it so I can track my 2023 VIN...
