Oh no…..please. I can’t take anymore. What do I need to look out for?

Mine didn't have a temp tag when I picked it up at AEV in Michigan. That shouldn't impact the vast majority of people, but it was painful to resolve. Her only "solution" was to mail it to us and it took f'n forever to convince her that we wouldn't have an address or access to an address for well over a week. Then she'd forget and offer to mail it to us. We had to come up with the idea of them taking a picture of it and sending it to us. That took a few hours of convincing and a few calls to her manager to make happen. This was, of course, while I was trying to make my way from Michigan to meet my wife in Missouri for a vacation. Not fun.

The most recent screw up was her not following through with our loan. They gave it to us without getting our money. Insane, right?

I placed my Sahara Altitude order on 6/15, and just heard from the dealer this morning that the cold weather group is holding up the order and that in order to push my order through, they needed to remove the cold weather group, which I really wanted, enough to cancel the order and consider my options. V6 auto. Anyone else heard of this? Seems odd to me.

I see nothing to indicate that there's an issue with the cold weather group.

My current dealer did tell me that they weren't building any Wranglers with cold weather anymore which I don't know that I necessarily believe based on the feedback I've gotten from you all so far.

I ordered my 23 unlimited Willy’s with cold weather group and it’s scheduled and it’s supposed to be built next month.

Ordered 7/12 and have VON but no VIN or date per Jeep chat, just said its in the "scheduling phase". I'm going to reach out to the salesman and see if he has more information.

Looks like we are in the boat. Order 7/14, got VON 2 days later... NO vin yet. Keep us/me posted

Don’t feel bad. I placed order as well on 6/15 with Josh at Randy Marion and paid the deposit but haven’t even got a POC yet, let alone a VON. Going to have to call him Monday morning because he won’t answer my emails..?

Yikes. Sorry to hear that. My sales guy emailed me a copy of my order with the VON about an hour after I gave him my deposit info. So yeah, the only way you don't have a VON is if they didn't actually put the order in yet. If they tell you anything different, it's BS.

So I took a drive to Santa Barbara over the weekend to a Jeep dealership that had all the colors in stock. I was really interested in the High Velocity clear coat. The Wrangler is a fun vehicle that should be a fun color. IMHO. I really didn't like any of the colors so I decided to change my build color to black and have it wrapped in the color I really want. (Think sunflower yellow with black accents). Anybody else have experience with getting a Wrangler wrapped? Anybody else not happy with the Jeep color options?
