So have received the message Aux Switches Temporarily Unavailable when I turn on Jeep but if I remote start then push on after a few mins don’t see message. Now remote start didn’t work earlier. I took Aux negative off and to no avail Jeep won’t start. I have the right negative terminal off cause I have dash lights where when I take the other off no lights inside. Any ideas

Your batteries are dead. If you left something on then there's a chance you can recharge them. If you didn't and they're simply worn out then you'll need to replace both. Don't replace just one if you have both active.

Many people disconnect the aux battery and just replace the main. There are lots of threads on how to do that.

Jeep starts and runs still. Just a aux bypass doesn’t work when I disconnect negative so was asking if anyone else had encountered it not working and ideas on that.

I had the same issue over a year ago on a 2019 JLU 3.6. I replaced the main battery with a larger H7 and bypassed the aux. Pulled fuse 42. Been working fine ever since.
