Get new tires.Update: Got the JL back yesterday. They replaced the trackbar and drag link with Synergy components and showed me the old ones and how they were worn out. On initial 5 mile drive doing over 75 on a rough part of highway and fighting a little bit of wind, all was good. Things felt "tighter" anyways. However, later in the evening when going about 55 in a slight curve in the highway, I felt the DW coming on again. I let the wife drive it to work this morning and she experienced the DW again.
Shop owner told me before I left yesterday to return it if I experienced problems and he will work to make sure it's right. Out of the recommendations here, it seems the only items that have not been addressed yet are tie rods and replacing the tires.

I hope this is the last of your issuesJust to be clear, I do believe the track bar and drag link replacement had me about 95% solved. Those couple instances of us still feeling the DW coming on were minor compared to violent episodes we have experienced. By slowing down just a little, it made the DW go away.
Fast forward to today. Returned the JL to the off road shop for them to re-inspect. They said the only thing left to check was the tie-rod. They did that and found slack in it. They upgraded it to a Synergy one as well. They claimed as a result, it required them to replace the brand new steering stabilizer that the dealership had put on during my initial shop visit in all of this. The new one is a Rough Country dual stabilizer. They also checked the balance in the front tires and made minor adjustments on the weights. They drove it for 30 miles across interstate, highway, and country back roads and never had any issues.
Fingers crossed that the tie-rod was just the final thing that was worn out and triggering the DW. Hindsight is always 20/20, but looking back had I known what I was experiencing initially, we should have put it in the shop immediately to be looked at. I don't know what started it all, but I can see with the numerous violent DW episodes we put it through that it probably wasn't good for the rest of the parts and maybe each time just wore them out more and more. I saw and touched the oem parts they took off and can confirm they were worn out.
Hopefully driving it this weekend will bring a comfort level back with it. I guess after all this, it will be ready for a lift and big tires now?!
