How are your frame welds on the track bar mount? I’m sure the shop checked it. There are some reports of questionable welds that are causing the track bar mount to flex.

Checked that too. Luckily my welds there are perfect

MANY JEEPS!
I have the Metalcloak 3.5 Gamechanger. All 8 control arms are solid and adjusted, torqued to spec. Same with trackbar. Axle is centered. The springs seem to sit inward, as you can see from the pic. They seem worse than they are because MC mounts their shocks outboard so it gives a weird view. Caster currently measures 3.4 passenger, 3 driver.

hmmm.. thats a tough one. Ive se problems like this on the JK but that was the welds on the control arm brackets being off or the control arms themselves being off. Unfortunately there is no way to create cross caster on solid axles so something is weird there to be that different between the two. Ive seen it be as much as 2 tenths but never almost half like you have. Have you called them? they have pretty dank customer service...ive installed a game changer before. same spec . theres something we are missing here with the way this is engineered because the mopar lift did the same thing. I think spring perches are different from driver to passenger. Even the stock springs have different heights

What's the cross caster if you disconnect one of the control arms? Seems like the control arms are either twisting the axle a bit, or the axle was built with the inner "C"s out of alignment.

From what I'm reading, a .2-.4 cross caster split is normal. I set the drivers side upper control arm, dropped the jack, and then set the passenger side arm

You said you installed the Metalcloak game charger? Where are your 6 pack shocks? I just got this lift with the shocks installed this weekend.

Did you install the Rocksport edition?

I installed the 6pack version

I installed the rocksport edition. I believe I found my culprit. There is a very very slight up and down movement in the drag link on the passenger joint.

As others have said check steering box. Also i wouldnt run without steering stabilizer.
Stupid question but do you have the traction control on or off. Do the symptoms pursist with it off. Reason i as is could the tc lag and exacerbat the problem.

Last, check the read end. We had a death wobble issue on a my tj that turned out to be a rear control arm.

I pulled the 106 fuse to shut down traction control, no change. I shut down the power steering pump, and I didnt get DW, just hard bump steer. Without the pump, theres enough resistance for the jeep to correct itself.

I'm running without steering stabilizer because even with it on, theres bump steer. So, until I can hammer out the death wobble, the stabilizer is hiding whatever is wrong. When I have to drive somewhere, I put the stabilizer back on, and take it off when I'm back to trying to figure out what it is.

I'll check the rear end, but as soon as I hit an offset bump in the front end the steering kicks, which is definitely leading me to believe front wnd.

Okay, well I get my Jeep back from the Jeep Shop on Wednesday. I'll let you know if I have the same issue with the 6 pack version.

Jeep setup:
JLUR
6 pack 3.5 Metalcloak game changer lift
37 inch Cooper STT PRO

That could be it, torque that pig to spec and go find some railroad crossings

Why are the coil springs rubbing the frame so bad?

Just curious because I thought the issue with the stock coil spring pads was bowing out?
