My 2 dr is lighter (helps w the 6 spd MT) but just long enough to carry a couple pieces of 8 ft lumber w the back window shut. And inside can fit my Surly bike with XL frame (I pop the bike's front wheel off). Took the back seat out the day I got it. Perfect

I’ve had an 05’ Rubi LJ, 22’ 2 door, and now a 4 door. I really miss the LJ, 2 doors with extra room.

The extra size and area in the 4 door is my compromise. I’ll sell it in a second if they redo the Scrambler again.

I agree but that photo is a great example of two scenarios where having a longer wheelbase would have helped...

Yeah... that rock is called "Poser Rock". A few people do drive over it - typically folks with either beater Jeeps or buggies who don't care if they roll - but all anyone uses that rock for is posing because it's fun. There's nothing on the other side to actually drive over onto - 2 door, 4 door, doesn't matter - you just turtle unless you give it enough juice to bounce your belly off the top of it and have momentum carry you over.

Because they are more rare and therefore more collectible... i may even add a decal that's says Limited, and put it in the same place they put the unlimited decal...

Agree... I always say, most people can't afford the 2 door lifestyle...
