Okay I need some opinions from my fellow Jeeple. I finished painting my dash but now I need to decide on leaving as is with orange peal for texture or breakout the 2000 grit sandpaper and smoothing the finish...

Almost there, give it another shot. Hard work pays off. You will be proud you did it on your own. Maybe if you stripe it and call it pumpkin texture instead of orange peel?

Turns out it was still a bit tacky last night. I'll check again tonight to see if it's ready for sanding. I have 2500, 3000, and 4000 grit along with a polishing compound. I just need buff without the using the wheel to keep things even.

It’s my Friday!!!!! After some crazy busy weeks, I’m headed for a four day weekend with my nieces!!! It’s what we do for Christmas, instead of the typical presents under the tree routine. Super excited for the weekend!

It’s my Friday!!!!! After some crazy busy weeks, I’m headed for a four day weekend with my nieces!!! It’s what we do for Christmas, instead of the typical presents under the tree routine. Super excited for the weekend!

That sounds fun! Your time spent together is definitely worth more than anything money can buy, and a memory they will keep a lot longer than any gift. I hope you have an amazing trip, Be sure to post some pics when you return.
