Good morning everyone! After three good days in New Hampshire at the Live Free or Die IDPA Championship match and a bit of thruway driving.
I do think my gas mileage is a little better with the 315 tires than with the stock 285's. I was getting over 21most of the time and at home in the country 20.5. On a similar trip with the stock tires I was about 19.5 to 20 thruway and 20 at home. Keep in mind the lower 410 gearing of the Rubicon.
I was also presented a first place award in my division from the New England Regional match. All in all a good trip. Now back to work and wishing you all a good week!

weekend observation from our bit of mud driving. mud is where you draw the line on the AT's, if you are likely to encounter any mud, our observation was that Jenns MT's performed much better. i was getting a lil squirrely, sliding around and fishtailing. where as Jenn would hardly slip, just here n there a lil bit. my $0.02

I felt the same way. Mine wouldn't throw the mud out as well, so they just got packed with mud until I hit some rocks or dry ground

Morning all... I got free beer yesterday. Our local brewery is getting ready for their fall brews one of which includes pine nuts. Yesterday, today and tomorrow if you crack a pint of pine nuts you get a pint of beer. Being that yesterday was tightwad Tuesday and beer was $3.50 a pint and it takes over an hour to crack a pint of pine nuts guess we were cheap labor :cwl:

Wow. I wish!!! My small town living that rarely has me driving much distance has me stuck in the teens. I’m hoping our 5 hour road trip next weekend gets it back up again!

Your trip should show better numbers. The 24.1 is an average of my all my city/hwy/crawling driving. By the time I got home the avg went up to 24.4! During that particular trip I was getting about 30 mpg!
