It’s been a while since I got any waves. I keep on trying, but a lot of casual owners I think.

Very few waves here in N.E. Ohio. I have not seen any 2dr JL's only 4drs !!!

I just booked my train ride with the Jeep down to Daytona next April.

Guess I will see you at Jeep Beach 2019 in Daytona... I go to Jeep Beach every year...

I know the Daytona Beach area very well. I'm in that area of Florida a few months of the year. Real nice there in April.

Not sure if you have been to Walt Disney World, but April is a real good time to go. WDW is about 1.5 hrs. from Daytona Beach.

I'll be at Jeep Beach in 2019. Although, it's a much shorter drive for me.

Only a 50 minute drive for me!
When the date gets closer, we'll have to figure out a meeting place then convoy to the raceway.

Unfortunately I’ll miss both Daytona and Moab Easter jeep Safari next yeat...darn job...
Trying to get a White Rim permit though, I’ll drive cross county to Moab if it happens. I’ll drive the Rim, and my husband will bike it. Will let all here know how it goes with the permit.

No fingers... just vacant looks, unfortunately. So few of us...

I waved at a nice lightly modified green 2 door JK, but only got a pointedly no eye contact half smile (smirk) from the young lady driving.

Didn't quite know how to take that one, but chalked it up to a smile and waved at the next three who acted like they noticed nothing. I was waved to by another Jeep before I got home. That made all the difference.

Few but proud.

So far this week I’ve been smacked with two Mondays. Wednesdays are nicknamed my hell day, but at this point I think I’d take that over another Monday! I actually slept last night & hit the ground running so far! Here’s hoping I can keep it up all day!

Morning all. I just put a call into my local Jeep shop to get some Fluid Film sprayed on. He charges 50 bucks for a Jeep. I looked around and that is a hell of a deal. Just waiting on a call back to set the date

I agree, TJ. The few I got in the beginning were 2 doors.
Btw, I was at a light yesterday, and 2 cars back, there was the 2 door ocean blue rubicon! I almost jumped out to wave, but didn’t want the woman driving to call the police or something. I’m sure it’s the other OB wrangler my dealer sold just before mine. Total twin, except she has leather, mine a cooler driver that waves.

I am on the schedule for Saturday. I will hose off the underside tonight when I get home and maybe even run it thru a car wash to get the underside. It should be good and dry by Saturday. #rustandrotsucks

I'm happy we have the climate we do in Colorado, very little rust concerns.

Still, I have 2 cans of fluid film I was going to spray the Jeep with as soon as I brought it home from the dealer. I should really get on that this weekend.

Hi All.
I finally got my soft top today for my 2 door (got my jeep on August 24th). First, gotta say I absolutely hate this design and I miss the ease, quickness and simplicity of my TJ soft top of the last 18 years. This top is just too much...and that's before even talking about what it does when it's down.

Second, I need help! This top is so tight that I can't even lower it. I can only undo one of the clamps at the front onto the windshield because once I undo one the other is too tight and won't unhook. If I release them at the same time they both won't undo. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Good mornin' all. I almost exist. The coffee has been poured. Eight hours on the road yesterday so I slept good last night. A local has recommended a transmission shop, so this morning I'll be checking it out. The throw out bearing is definitely loud Still have ten days on this trip and don't want the clutch going out on the road or off as the case may be
