Did they ever give you an estimated time of arrival prior to it all of a sudden being there? Mine is in southern NH, so hoping I might get lucky its on the same train!

I am in E (framing) was finally in D1 yesterday. Ordered 1/11/17. Hope yours starts this week also.

Just in case none of you saw this on Saturday.

My main take-away was:
Remember the Toledo factory makes all the JLs in the WORLD, and we individual buyers are in with whole countries, governments, and businesses on Worldwide basis.

Any of those groups could have ordered or setup contracts before you - or even your dealership. I am also guessing that they don't use Jeep Chat. Given logistic issues, I can also see where the output may be prioritized or allocated in their favor.

One final data point, I originally ordered on 1/22/2018. I upgraded my order on 3/22/2018, but that meant the original order and VON/VIN got canceled and a whole new one created. I am pretty sure that moved me to the back of the line (if there is such a thing). But, I did have to sign an order cancelation for the first POC. The sales Mgr indicated Jeep would jump all over them if the just put in "paid" orders if they didn't have them.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - of course this came from a "Car Salesman". But do check and make sure your Priced Order Confirmation has a Order Type = Retail, Scheduling Priority = 1-Sold-Order, and a Build Priority = 01.

Given all that, glad to see where different members are getting their Jeeps!!!! Excellent news. But, sadly there is a special place in Hell reserved for Companies and their employees that manufacture information like we have been seeing/getting from Jeep on our orders. It is important, because these are the same people we will have to rely on to help us if there is a problem with our Jeep.

( Oh, and the 2Door Sahras above are all exports )

Only a 73:1 4 door to 2 door ratio!

Jeep sure does love the classic model!!!

2018 2 doors are going to be quite rare in the grand scheme of things. I imagine it'll sit at 20:1 at least by the time the model year is over.

That might be right - but I think it will be worse than that.
I don't know when JL production started, so it is kind of hard to get a fix on the rates of production. ( and with the JK overlap ) 86,298 seems low.

But, very soon, I think 2Door JLs will be in number on the lots. Just guessing, but you will probably see "fully loaded" and "bare bones". If you want something in between, you will have to order. Given that ratio, they are not going to do much catering to 2Doors.

It will be interesting how this all plays out. ( along with all the JK stock )

Who has made it to D1 here with the PST? Will you please weigh in? Just received an email stating:

I have had an opportunity to review your vehicle order status and the information provided in our prior email remains unchanged. At this time all models equipped with the Premium Sunrider Soft Top are being scheduled based on the order they were received in our system.

I ordered on 12/7/17...2 days after order banks for 2-doors opened.

I ordered on Dec 28 (PST JLR) and yesterday they told me I was scheduled for mid June build. Its bs!
