Just heard from a case manager about my question in regards to the "golden ticket" 500.00 promotion. I recieved a second on that excludes the JL and asked since my first included the JL and expired due to the long wait for 2 doors would they honor it. The response was to call the incentives dept, I did so and they were very polite and apologetic but in the end, they said to keep the pressure on the case people. She was surprised that the case person just fluffed me off to her dept, she said he could have handled my question instead of redirecting me.

Thats been a common theme with Jeep though. One department just blames the other and does nothing. Call the Case Agent, they say its the dealer. Call the dealer, they say its Jeep...

Tired of waiting. Called dealer he asked if I wanted someone to go pick it up at factory (60 to 80 miles)
Of course I said HELL YES!! He will get back to me soon. (yea right). This is the only way I can see to get
it soon as the Shippers have no idea how to ship. We waited for parts and etc. You would think the
shipping dept would have plenty of time to organize. So be it, waited 4 months 1 week won't kill me.

Tell your dealer YOU will "volunteer" to go pick it up!

I have just checked back in with this thread and can't believe that you guys dont have your 2 doors yet. There are some miserable bastards that have outstanding orders from early December (if memory serves). Five months. What a debacle!

I truly hope the "any day now" vibe on this thread is not the product of more fca hot air. When you do get your hard-earned Wranglers, be sure it is 100% the vehicle (welds included) that you want. Don't let the euphoria of FINALLY getting your ride cloud your standards of what is acceptable when you take delivery.

out of curiosity, called a large local dealer in boston - herb chambers jeep - asked when they’re getting two doors and they said they’ve been delayed until fall (for dealers), that’s really troubling...

Just wondering who you talked to. A manager, a newly hired sales person or someone in-between? FWIW, back in March, I went to a jeep dealership and asked about the new four-door Wrangler "JL" and the sales person there said they wouldn't be getting them in until June.

this was a regular sales person, asked only about 2 door JL wranglers
