Hey all, I joined this forum bc I ordered my first wrangler DREAM COME TRUE (I thought at the time)!
Have been just as frustrated with Jeep, FCA, and Dealership lack of info and communication. Find it disgusting actually.
They turned my dream of owning a jeep into a nightmare, as my lease expired and i'm now carless - with no ETA of delivery.
As many of you have experienced, I have been getting different info from every person I have come into contact with. So disappointing.
After calling this 866 # and speaking with a woman named Cindy, she refused to escalate my case (couldn't even find my VIN until I asked to speak with her manager & then suddenly oh I found it!) I asked her several different questions for which she had no answers and refused to even find.
Overall, I'm so disgusted & disappointed in this whole experience. Guess I'll have my 2018 car closer to 2019. ridiculous.
