Hey all, I joined this forum bc I ordered my first wrangler DREAM COME TRUE (I thought at the time)!
Have been just as frustrated with Jeep, FCA, and Dealership lack of info and communication. Find it disgusting actually.
They turned my dream of owning a jeep into a nightmare, as my lease expired and i'm now carless - with no ETA of delivery.
As many of you have experienced, I have been getting different info from every person I have come into contact with. So disappointing.
After calling this 866 # and speaking with a woman named Cindy, she refused to escalate my case (couldn't even find my VIN until I asked to speak with her manager & then suddenly oh I found it!) I asked her several different questions for which she had no answers and refused to even find.
Overall, I'm so disgusted & disappointed in this whole experience. Guess I'll have my 2018 car closer to 2019. ridiculous.

I called to check mine. Still in D1. No update.

The lady I spoke with was very nice and apologetic about the wait. Took all my info and told me I'd have a case manager give me updates as things progress.

I called and as a Canadian I was not able to get any information. They transferred me to FCA Canada Customer Service. FCA Canada Customer Service is not able to see any information about my vehicle, knows nothing about the status of production, and is only able to provide after purchase support. Brutal.

I just called the 866 number. Still in D1. It was really a trial call, did not expect progress yet; no back pedaling either. She was very polite and nice, definitely more reassuring call than jeep chat.
We will wait for the upcoming pictures on new arrivals!

Indeed, good time to shop fun stuff for when it arrives. I just tell myself July now, and if I can get one sooner, its a plus.

Seeing the picture alot of you guys selected.. beauties.. its gonna be worth it

I hear ya, I almost bought a taco in a moment of weakness.

I had to look at alternatives, and the sea of same ole same ole 4x4 4 door trucks or one size fits all awd crossovers to get scared straight and get back to waiting for my JL.

A moderate amount of complaining is entirely reasonable and respectable when the vehicle you ordered has been delayed 3 months will little info.

That being said we're Jeep nerds so there's extra complaining here. It's the dedicated thread!
