G’morning unicorn Jeeples!!!

How has everyone been?! I have been busy, busy, busy & thennnnn some more busy! I’m still in the midst of taking on a new role at work, still trying to squeeze out time to train for that. None of that happened last week, because we finally had a new girl start to take over the stuff I’m doing now! I have a sore throat from having to verbalize every thought, process, how, why, back story, etc. I bought two family pack bags of Ricola yesterday! Ready to tackle this week!!!

I scrolled through & saw we had some new deliveries & new orders! AWESOME!

And I looooove the idea of the 2018 decal! I’m definitely going to look into that!

Good morning Fellow 2 door Jeepers.

As luck would have it I have 6 of the "2018" stickers I did for TJ on my Desk. Lydia and Christina if you want them pm me an address to mail them to. Would each get 3 so you would have an extra just incase.

Was able to get out an play on some dirt roads out in the Hill Country most of the day Saturday. With the rain we had Friday there was a number of muddy stretches that were so much fun!

For anyone looking for skids, I can not and will not recommend RockHard 4x4. Here are some pics of my skids and the issues I can easily see after the install. The washers as a spacer speaks for itself and the other pic has the bracket on the outside and the offset bend is wrong. All the upward press on that skid will be transferred to trying to shear the 3/8th bolt instead of the bracket (should be on inside according to instructions) and the plate.

I am guessing roams info was cut and pasted they list them as same weight as 4 door..

Has anyone purchased these yet? they look and sound great, and for 399.00 looks like a great deal.

thats a huge snatch block tho, say you have a 10k lbs winch, you can use 5k snatch blocks. i have a huge one if anybody wants it, i mis ordered. the smaller ones are smaller and lighter. the load halves everytime you add a pulley so you dont need to consider such huge loads. the ones i got i think are 4k or 4.5k lbs and thats the perfect size to pack n carry i think. i think every pulley doubles your pulling power by halving the load or something like that. i carry three, makes it possible to winch yourself backwards.

yes its big but i have all my recovery gear in a canvas bag in the back. doesn't take up to much room for me.

I told my husband, no jewelry for Christmas. Told him I need/want rock rails. I kept on thinking ACE, but these look really nice. Any thoughts, has anyone got either?

My point was more that you could carry 3 smaller ones for equal the weight of one big one and then there are many more configurations you could use. I have one of those big ones and its way more than what is needed to pull a rig out of the mud. Unless you are from Texas, then bigger is always better lol
