Have you all noticed how loud the cooling fan is right after you turn your jeep off?

AHHHHH mine has never run after shutting off. Maybe it's broke ?
I have always watched gauges in my life. Heat temp is right on.
OK now we need more responses on this. Either mine is broke or
it's jeff with a issue.

Reordered today dealer was great general manager is dealing with us directly starting over again after original December 30 order date some of the pictures of damage

So, shameless plug...not for me personally, but for a company that I think is doing a great job making accessories for us Jeeples. So much so that i reached out to them to offer my unicorn as a test vehicle and for measurements for new 2-door products. (They are in San Jose...not far from me.) Met up with their designer and co-founder Rob on Tuesday. He spent a lot of time taking pics and measurements, and a bit of video of me using my grab-handles to use in promotional content. And here's a quick, unedited snippet of me in my JL....The top is in a kind of weird (sunrider+safari) position because I didn't notice at the time (we had been taking a lot of different measurements) so don't judge LOL!

Same here, it’s noisy while running & yup it takes a bit to wind itself down. I’ve seen other posts here & there about it. As a walker who crosses an intersection on my ‘commute’ I have since noticed it on many other vehicles, too. I hear a lot more engine sounds & whatnot when her body parts are off. Pretty normal, in my opinion.

Its been hot everyday since i picked up my jeep even sitting in the jeep going over things at the dealership the fan kicked on, and the tech said thats normal. If your driving your less likely to hear it, but parked and running when it kicks on trust me you'll hear it. Yes its normal , but loud none the less.

Have you tried out your 4WD yet?

I played around with mine TJ and the lever was VERY stiff going into 4-high. I was a bit concerned at first but it seemed to loosen up after moving it in and out a couple of times. I just chalked it up to being brand new and not broken in.

Yes stuff did melt. No soot so it wasn't on fire but very close to one.
Geese I hope this wasn't from parked in the sun !!

I have, but it's only when the interior climate fan has been at 5,6, or 7....

Oh yeah. I have been in low with the lockers on. Friggen thing could pull down a house

My coolant fan is loud but only when ac is on high, with a high fan speed
