I did not order the tow package on mine and a build sheet has not been generated for it yet, but my dealership has a Sport model that is configured exactly like mine (except for being a different color).

https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=1C4GJXAG5JW241695

It also has an oil cooler listed on it, so I don't think it is part of the tow package.
Ok, so not tow package, not Rubicon...

Looked at yours and mine and both have a manual trans.

Hey 2-door owners...question for all of you.

Possible buyer here. Drooling over the idea of a 2-door Ocean Blue Rubicon w/the V6 and 6-speed as a "buy and keep for a long time" vehicle. One question I haven't found a direct answer to is fuel range in the real world. I know, I know: "You don't buy a Jeep for the gas mileage." Say it as many times as you want, it's still a factor of life. And with my commute being ~100 miles/day and totaling in the 500+ miles/week range (usually more including weekend trips), I like to minimize the time I spend filling up. Fuel range likely won't prevent me from a purchase but I do like to know what I'm in for. Alas, a question for the 2-door owners in this thread:

How many miles are you getting out of a tank of gas / what's your normal "range to empty" after filling up?

Thank you!
Range is poor. It’s a very small tank... 200ish miles between fill ups, for me. (Remember, the pump is in the tank and it’s summer - no fuel in tank means no heat sink for the pump. So, I do not run to empty.)

Yeah, as far as I can tell, mine would match everything in that build sheet except the color. Base 2-door JL sport (manual transmission, manual windows & door locks) -- added anti-spin rear differential, hardtop, air-conditioning.

A lot of guys / gals do not know this... Good info!
I prefer to not run to empty for a simple reason -- I don't like to push my vehicle...

So, you're suggesting there might just be a cause and effect thing going on here? :)

But, since we're talking about an engine oil cooler here, I guess it means that every vehicle that has an engine might have an engine oil cooler... :)

Here's another one at my dealership... Sport model with an automatic transmission...

https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=1C4GJXAG4JW134623

It has an oil cooler also...

Same with this manual transmission...

So, there's 2 more for your sample size...
Maybe on them all then?

ENGINE oil cooler...

Good morning everyone!

Last week brought us some great delivery pics from some very deserving people. We are certain to see more deliveries this week, and I suspect Cristina will be one of them. And mine!

Most recent check of jg shows mine in Kirby Texas. Near as I can tell this is where it will get loaded on a truck and off to dealership. About a 2 hour drive and dealership is one of several high volume in Austin, so guessing it won’t sit long waiting for full truck. Thinking I will go to dealership today and finalize a few things in prep for delivery :)
Yes, didn’t hear anything today. Will text my dealer tomorrow. I’m hoping it won’t be another one to wait 10 days for transport.

I really thought I'd be reading today that yours had been delivered! Hopefully this week!

Well in complete honesty I didn’t do the hinge wrap yet but I did attempt the door sill cover and it was awful. It wasn’t perforated to come off from the actual backing, I mean you could see the outline but it wouldn’t separate. Wasn’t impressed with it at all
I had a similar issue. Called and the guy I spoke with said he was aware of the issue but not certain when it started. He asked me to text him my order # and address. Got a new set in the mail within 2-3 days. Give him a call. I did install mine. Not easy, but very doable.
Good luck
