Well, dear friends, I had a blast and a true Jeep trail experience at Dixie Run in Tennessee! Not John’s level, but I found out beginner group does not equal beginner trails! I didn’t know that driving trails can be so exhausting! My stock rubicon did fabulous! Finally washing mud off today. Can’t wait for the next adventure.

Great to see you were able to get out on some trails. This whole covid thing has really upended all my traveling/exploring plans for the year.

After being a day one reservation holder for a Bronco.... I came to my senses and ordered a 2 door JL today!

I had a TJ in high school and have been Jeep-less for a while now. My 4x4 Ram 2500 single cab doesn't take the trails like a Jeep.... its a little bigger and heavier too... I look forward to posting some pics and hitting some trails when it arrives!

I think I'll have a somewhat of a unique build- Assembly plant may be scratching their head on this one...

Dual door group w/ basic tops
HD electrical/tow package

... and the most controversial option/lack there of- A/C bypass!

A/C will be no doors on this thing!

I know that 2drs are not scheduled to begin production until Feb 12 and then it will only be hardtops for the next month. My experience with factory orders is only with GM, and in that case, orders were scheduled 3 to 4 weeks out. Since we’re getting in that range, I’m curious if that is the same for FCA and whether any 2dr orders have been picked up and scheduled.

I ordered my 2021 2-door Rubicon on 8/24 and picked it up 10/20.
