Is this normal? Or a sign of bad things to come ?

I was told by the dealer that because the eco diesel uses the ZF8 transmission and it is sealed I do not have to change the transmission fluid. Other internet searches reveal I have to change it between 60000 and 70000 miles. Which is correct?

Well, I guess my love for stock exhausts have come to an end. Unfortunately, I got in a severe boating accident and my only option was to buy this nice exhaust. I guess I’ll have to live with this weird black smoke and a fast, efficient car now. I’m truly, truly heartbroken.
