Does it come out weird if you install different brands for the front and rear bumpers or do people do that often?

My OCD would not allow it, but lots of folks do it. Most people probably won’t even notice.

First things first... you shouldn't care what others think. It's your Jeep and your money and if they don't like well... they can buy their own.

That being said, many people will buy one or the other based on functionality. So for example, you buy a Poison Spider front bumper since you like the look and like that the winch sits low in the bumper but want the LOD rear tire carrier/bumper for the convenience of everything it holds.

Also, there's the transitional buyer.. they may buy a new front bumper since they had plastic and want a metal one that holds a winch... they could be planning on buying a new rear one once the front is paid off or once they have saved the cash...

One issue with going with different mfg is the type of coating that is on it. So while the front is a smooth flat black the back is a textured grayish black. That is where it might look a bit different... also in the angles... some are more rounded and some are angled... you don't really look at them both at the same time so it's really up to purpose in the end.
