As many of you know, I live in a Florida jungle (literally) in a ranch-style house on a little piece of acreage. We don’t have a garage. Heck, I don’t even have a driveway. Might as well be living in Costa Rica. When the mud gets too thick I just throw down some spent cartridges for footing.

What we do have are numerous live oak, old growth citrus, and mango trees. Is there a roof lift suitable to use outside? *Cue banjo music here*

I don't have a solution, but your description of what you have does have my curiosity yearning for a pic of what your driveway and house looks like.

I'm sure you could rig up a hoist from a tree limb big enough. Hell, I've seen it done around here to yank a motor.

Yep, done that, uh, I mean seen that to. Or I have "seen" a kids swing set used. If you can get your Jeep under the swing set. Works best if it is set in concrete, or so I have been told.:jk:

Look at my profile picture, posted again here for you. This is before the summer rain really set in. Keep in mind South FL is tropical/subtropical. My Jeep in this pic is literally sitting in the “driveway.” The jungle you see behind and around it is part of the front of our property. I don’t mow it; we like jungle. The goat and the dogs have a ball in it. We see deer almost EVERY evening on the property. I have gam cam pics of bobcat, possum, armadillo, raccoon, fox, coyote (and I’ve removed some small gators from the property) - and some things I cannot explain (another thread perhaps; suffice it to say that I was on Animal Planet’s Finding Bigfoot for one of the longest interviews for the series).

Your hardscape is made of brass? Sounds impressive to me. :giggle:
Do what ya gotta do LOL!!! We sleep more peacefully when we hear the neighbors shooting. Last time I went out back to shoot, three neighbors called, trying to guess which weapons I was shooting. For the record, I was trying out a new AK-47, after I rapid-fired my M4 and my EDC. Envy me; yes, I can shoot legally on our property. :D

If the zombie apocalypse ever comes, I think myself and my neighbors will be well-set ;)

I have Sky Power Top but a friend has the Top Pro-Lift. Make you few 4X8 good plywoods for the base and it rolls under Top and pull the lever down and up top goes.

The one you have pictured is what? Sky Power Top or Top Pro-Lift?
