Can you use a VPN like NordVPN? That would allow you to use a server from the United States and then just use 525 South Winchester Boulevard San Jose, CA 95128, which is the address to the Winchester Mystery House. The only other issue may be that they can see that the dealer you ordered from is in Australia and that is an automatic no go for them. Good luck.

The tracker finally updated but I think it's stuck again. Good news is my Rubi finally popped up on there, but can't see build or sticker :headbang:

that's a bummer, can you maybe try to give a random US address? I've seen people say to try that on other chats.

i got an email from cryptosticker around 2300 last night with my sticker but the build status has not updated on it.

EDIT: I just emailed Jay to see about getting it up and running again.

Got the email last night with window sticker, like everyone else....cant see it. However, my jeep is showing on the first page finally. Getting closer!!!
I got an email last night and can finally see my sticker! And I'm showing up on the first page. I'm excited, even though none of it gives me anymore info than I had yesterday. I feel bad contacting chat every day for updates. Feel like a total PITA!!

I wouldn't feel bad - Jeep had a web page where you could track status a couple of years ago and for whatever reason decided to kill that and replace it with the chat functionality, so they had to know exactly people would pester them for updates considering they would have had all the metrics at their disposal to know how many people hit the old website. Aside from that, I'm sure these reps handle all sorts of inquiries, not just "where's my jeep." I bet excited, polite people who are inquiring about their new vehicle are a lot more fun to talk to than people with a complaint. If I put myself in their shoes, I think I'd look forward to questions from people like us. :)
