Good call. I know they helped. It took 2 weeks to get my rail in. They had 2 other JL's waiting a month longer then mine.@JeepCares I sent you a private message with the details. Help escalating with the dealer is appreciated.
Update: @JeepCares was super responsive. They PMād me, I gave more info then they reached out by phone to let me know they opened a case and would sync with the dealer. Took my Wrangler in this morning and they had all of the notes in their system from @JeepCares (impressed with the coordination). In addition to doing a software update on the instrument cluster (was unaware there was an update available) they told me that I need a new seat back that they are ordering. My seat issue isnāt resolved quite yet, but I am impressed with the customer service provided so far by both @JeepCares and the dealer. Not thrilled to be joining this club, but here I am. 2019 JL Moab with 2K miles and seat rattle/creak is very pronounced when someone sitting in the front passenger seat; especially around turns. Have an appointment with dealer service on Wednesday so weāll see what happens.

Hi JerseyJLUnlimited,Two months old, in the same boat. I guess I'll hold off a few weeks before inquiring with the dealer.
Sorry, I didn't think to. If you unbolt the seat and take off the plastic hinge cover towards the inside side of the seat, you can't miss it. It's a tube basically that flanges at the edges over the pivot plate for the two halves of the seat. If you pack some wheel grease around it, it doesn't seem like it will make a difference, but it does make the sound tolerable.Has anyone taken picture as to where to apply the said grease? My passenger seat does this and drives me crazy, I'm going to the dealer next week for other issues and will bring it up then.
Iād like to add my 2019 JLUR to the problem candidates for the seat issue. Literally took delivery two weeks ago and didnāt notice it until I put a passenger in over 150lbs. Itās a solid popping noise every time thereās a right or left turn. Easily replicated when shifting your weight side to side. Headed to the dealer Tuesday since they lost one of my key fobs back when it was in the showroom. Will hopefully be able to get in line for a solution then.
Hi Tarch5280 and Jeephairchick,I am glad I found this post because I am having the same problem...have for months and I thought it was just the bolts were loose...I guess I will need to get into dealership soon. It is just frustrating because around my area you have to wait a while for an appointment.. would be nice to have issue expedited @JeepCares
Iām also in the passenger seat noise club.. Iāve be hesitant to bring it to the dealer , they basically dismiss everything I bring it in for.. and also quite concerned that Jeep has numerous problems with actual seats.. how is that not a major safety concern?? @JeepCares anything you can do to help me? especially with the dealership that doesnāt seem to be on board with the whole Jeep cares program??Hi Tarch5280 and Jeephairchick,
We are sorry to hear you have been experiencing this concern. If you would like an additional layer of assistance while working with your dealership, please send us a private message with more information!
