Is that a 2 door? If so it looks like they put a 4 door lift on - not sure how you would get so much lift from a 2” Mopar.

Buy a Tazer JL Lite or Mini and while in the parade, you can have a JL "Light Show" running.. You can have every light flashing.

The rugged ridge dash mount from @Quadratec arrived in 2 days Had to dremel the holes for the screws since the mold didn’t have them punched out but I’m very pleased with how it looks and I can still fit 2 pairs of sunglasses!
Also put leds in the fenders though they aren't as nice as the sequential ones.

Yeah, I already am using the USB adapter in the 12v lighter, but after reading what the other JL owner said about the back 12V connection (that it is switchable), I was hoping for a setting somewhere, moving a fuse or something else would work so I could get rid of the extra wires. I tried the USB connections behind the center console and they do the same thing (turn off after 1 hour).

So you have a converter in the up front cigarette lighter already that makes it USB? Many they sell provide 2 USB slots, apart from my "Y" adapter suggestion. True, you will have to run a long USB cable to the cargo area.

Or are you saying that you are already using one of the USB ports up front that is NEAR the cigarette lighter there?

Page 167 of the 2018 Owner's Manual shows the fuse switcharoo for the back cargo area cigarette lighter (if so equipped in your rig.) The fuse switcharoo occurs in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) under the hood on the other side of the glove compartment, closer to the firewall than the main battery, above the hidden ESS/Aux battery. You pull up on the PDC to take its top off (but you probably knew that!).

So if you don't need that rear cigarette lighter plug always on for something else and have it in your rig, switching the fuse and using it may be your best play.

Nothing fancy. The remote is nice so you can change the pattern to just solid color. Pretty sure flashing lights while driving would be bad in any state.
