That is totally unacceptable. It's repair work like this, that give a dealershil, as well as a Manufacturer a very bad name. One "I don't give about your Vehicle" mechanic can cost a manufacturer many future sales. No wonder US car manufacturers still are considered sub par. Hey @JeepCares , let us know what the response from this dealership is, regarding all the damage.to this Overpriced Chrysler Product.
Service and parts manager ordered the new interior parts for me. I told them I would install and wouldn't let his guys touch the Jeep again. I just got the parts. Not sure why it took so long? They said it would only be three days.
Neither my wife or I really want to drive it so it sits in the garage. (we have only put 100 miles on it in the last month) Im hoping I can find someone to buy me out of my lease. Im pretty pissed I traded my built 4runner in on this turd. @JeepCares take this thing back!
