We need Kurtis to post some pics of the inside. Hes holding out on us lol.. come on Kurtis lets see the inside of that MOAB lol @Columbus104
Haha, my bad guys. I am at work now but will try to post pics either tonight or tomorrow morning. I will say that having test driven many Wranglers before purchasing, the Moab interior is essentially the exact same interior as the Sahara's with leather seats. (except for the seats saying "Jeep" across the back instead of "Sahara"). But other than that I can't identify any differences than what you'd find on the Jeeps on your local dealer lot. But I will say that compared to the JK's, this feels like a luxury SUV!

Didn’t realize the stitching said Jeep. What does your start up screen on the dash show when your turn it on? is it Sahara or is it a special Moab start up?

Just says Jeep on the startup screen. From what I recall test driving the Sahara's, I think that's the case for all of them (but maybe I'm wrong). I haven't noticed "Moab" appearing anywhere on a screen or badging inside.

But here's a fun little Easter egg: when I put the car in reverse, the display panel (between the tachometer and speedometer) displays an aerial shot of the Jeep for purposes of the backup assist. But the cool thing is that my display is a white Jeep (color I ordered) with Rucicon hood (which the Moab shares). Now there's a small chance that this is the default picture which all Jeep's use (white is the most common color of JL's sold so far, after all). But if Jeep does actually personalize this so that everyone gets to see their own color Jeep, that's pretty awesome.

Kurtis, Can you confirm that it's just a front steel bumper? The order guides/press release seemed to go back and forth in different iterations. Looks like plastic back, but hard to see from your side pic. Honestly hoping it is just the front to keep the weight down a bit.

Can you also confirm that your interior looks AWESOME by sharing some pics? While others have mentioned there are "pictures on the web," the only real life ones found are when you picked up your Moab. It's easy to imagine understand that it's a Sahara with Rubicon steel bumper, hood & tires- I think many of us would just like to see a few more pictures so we can pull the trigger on our own Moab!
Thank you in advance- once a few more of us get a Moab, we'll stop asking you so many questions!

I got my quote today. But before putting down deposit, I am debating if i should add the cold weather group or not
I think it was well worth it. Remote start, Heated seats and steering wheel is awesome when it’s cold. But guess depends on where you live and how many months per year you’d need it. In the north (I’m in Ohio) I think it’s worth the cost.

How good of a deal did you get? And what color are you choosing?

I think any vehicle that has the option of going top down is massively improved by cold weather package. In Northern California, heated seats make top down driving in the evenings, whether going out or coming home from work later, very comfortable. Much more than just blowing warm air on you from the HVAC.

I’d like to know what you think of the tires and wheels? Are you planning on swapping them out or keeping them?

I also noticed that, like me, you have car seats to contend with. How’s it going with the kiddos and lack of running boards. I am eyeing those rock slide engineering ones
