just have to ask, has anyone gotten a dealer to tell them the CAN order an automatic with the 3.6l? do we really expect it to be January or later before they let us order that combination?
V6 /auto is discontinued. Next to go will be the V6 itself. The green movement unfortunately, is setting in. Look to Europe and the people who own Jeep.
All environmental Wackos, They couldn't wait to get rid of that "evil" diesel
Wouldn't be surprised if the 2.0 gets dump after 2026 model year.

I'm seeing some 2025s showing up on Jeep.com inventory search now as 'being built', though it won't let me start an order yet at any of my nearby dealers. Should be soon, I'd imagine.

If anyone figures out how to order a trailer tow/aux switch package on anything other than a Rubi X I'm all ears - and I'm sure the two dealers I've talked to would be interested as well 'cause they can't figure it out.

I thought that was standard with Rubi and Willis too.

It has always been standard on the 2024 Willys. Ask me how I know.
I'm pretty sure there was a month or so where it was listed as standard, but Jeeps were being delivered without it. That resulted in dealerships left to try to make things right since they were left out of the loop too.

I trust that your info is better than mine, but I was never aware that Willys were affected by the “$95 problem.” My August-build Willys has them as standard.

I’m looking to order around February/March so I’m curious to see if they offer the V6 auto again. I think what will help with that is if not many people are buying the turbo. Majority of buyers probably don’t have a clue though. I have seen good experiences posted about the 2.0 engine though.

If someone buys a 2.0 and they go 150,000 miles on it and then want a different engine. I wonder how hard it would be to swap to something else.

I can't imagine that makes sense to swap engines, would be much cheaper to sell the jeep and buy one with a different engine.

So many computers and wiring is setup for each specific engine.

If the 2.0 engine died and you wanted more power or something maybe there is a way to get a 350 Chevy engine put in it or some other swap. Again that would be all different computer systems. I'd imagine putting a 3.6 into a 2.0 vehicle would be as difficult as putting any random engine, so why would you pick a mediocre 3.6 if you go to all that trouble.

You could put a 392 in it but that is much more expensive than a far more common Chevy engine or such.

The cost for my saved build&price on jeep.com recently dropped by $2k. Did they release a new pricing list? I'm curious what the new FWP pricing looks like.

I don’t think so. If you look at the pricing summary, it will reflect the current $2000 incentive, so that’s what you’re probably seeing.
