The X-Rack Expansion bracket bolts on to the Rockslide Engineering EZ-Rack Spare tire strap carrier or similar to double your carrying capacity. Just add this when you install your Rotopax or similar container and now you can add a second one. Or you can add one of our Locking 2 rod holders. Many ways to add more gear to your spare tire carrier. Optional locking cable is available which attaches to both sides of the rack through the spare tire carrier.

Glad too see some expansions coming out for these, it seems like an endless possibility of storage options could be adapted to the rock slide strap.

You guys should really jump in with your own accessories for your system and release a propane tank holder, traction board mount, hi lift mount, flat plate adapters, pannier mounts... Oh the fun..

As far as adding accessories to the Rockslide Engineering tire strap, all it takes is someone with a pocketknife to cut the strap and drive off with everything attached to it.

As far as adding accessories to the Rockslide Engineering tire strap, all it takes is someone with a pocketknife to cut the strap and drive off with everything attached to it.

We have an optional steel cable locking system that can be added. Will stop the cut and run.

Drilled a couple of holes in each EZ bracket, crimped my own cables, and used Bolt padlocks to secure behind the spare. Now they’ll at least need bolt cutters rather than a pocket knife.

Anybody know how much weight can be added to a tailgate if it has the reinforced Mopar hinge and a stock Ruibi 33" wheel/tire?
