Interesting! Base Rubi wheels with high fender flares, and no steel bumper!

When I see a picture with colored fenders I decide I want to order one with colored fenders. Then I see a picture with black fenders and decide to go with the black fenders.

And the base wheels are on all terrain rubber, to make it more confusing. And this is the first JL with red tow hooks.

I think all Rubis will be on All Terrain rubber. Also, the Rubi pic released at SEMA had red hooks.

That's why I'm waiting. Pictures are great but I have to see the different variations in person before I spend my money. Looking at the beat up test mules the black fenders looked rough. This pic shows that they are smoother than JK fenders.

That screams test mule, to me. Where was it spotted?

Indicators on mirrors indicate export model, too. Still, I think it looks great, even with low fenders.
