I just started my Jeep for the first time in probably 3 weeks and all tires were at 28. I aired them up to 33. I usually stay around 33-35 because it seems to ride better. Apparently the magic number is 37 to get the light to go off. Is there another way? (Without a programmer)

Nope. The Jeep seems to take temperature into account as well..
Mine can go down to 34 in the cold and the light won't turn on, but 34 when it's hot out will trigger the light.

I ended up getting a Tazer JL lite and just resetting them for 32 PSI.
There isn't really another way around it other than just letting the light always turn on.

There has to be another way. We have some very smart young people out there. Remember the old saying, can’t could never do anything until it tried. The factory says the new straight six won’t fit in a jl but the after market can fit anything in anything if given time and a challenge and usually better.

They have been running around 34/35 and then suddenly the damn dash lights up and demands 37 psi?. Jeep Engineering!

Was it a randomly really cold night?
Could be all it was. 37 is just what the Jeep is set to. Mine used to get wonky too sometimes. Be at 34 for weeks and then one day it'll turn on. :CWL:
Tazer took care of all of it.

Go "Old School" like I use to do, with my work cars.. Cut off a small bit of black tape, and put it over the symbol for low tires.

Yep, and they're making money from us by selling us products like the Tazer.

Resistance is futile.

I reprogrammed my warning limits with JScan. I run on 30 psi everyday with the 37's (Load E) so the warning was getting on my nerves.

This is something that Jeep should provide.

On my Toyota Land Cruiser, just put the air in your tires to the desired PSI: then push a reset button to set that as the tire PSI. Done.

It's unbelievable that Jeep does not do this.

37 PSI is just fuckin' harsh for me, every bump is super magnified. I know Jeeps ride rough sitting on springs and solid axles.
But running at 32, I've noticed more even wear on my tires, and bumps are just generally softer. At 37 over time, I started to see a regular/noticeable difference in treadwear at the center of the tread.

No chalk test, just my eyes and back and what feels nice.

Do not run TPMS. Turn off with Taser.
