Does the Mojave Gladiator get the steel knuckles but the Rubicon Gladiator come with aluminum ones? The steel knuckle resists stretching/bending/cracking better than the stock aluminum knuckle.

uh oh but I have large tires and heavy wheels........and stock axles. ?Just a word of warning: larger tires and heavier wheels are dangerous!
Yep, Mojave gets steel, Rubicon gets aluminum.Does the Mojave Gladiator get the steel knuckles but the Rubicon Gladiator come with aluminum ones?
The Xtreme Recon also has the steel knuckles.Yep, Mojave gets steel, Rubicon gets aluminum.
I was in Moab a couple weeks ago and the big hot tub and escalator were very easy “nopes” for me. Too much risk for not enough reward. We had enough “how much am I going to damage my jeep?” excitement on The Pickle trail the day before.
Oops, forgot to include a /s at the end of that. I found that quote from the article humorous... he makes it sound like 1) any deviation from OEM is a disaster waiting to happen, and 2) that Jeep engineers didn't intend for the Rubicon to have 35s or 37s.uh oh but I have large tires and heavy wheels........and stock axles. ?
on the other hand there's no way I'm driving my jeep into the Devil's hot tub though....
Correct. So far so good. I figure if I ever break something I'll upgrade my diffs. You're also on Sport/manual (D35/44) axles, right?
