I tried to install the Tuffy console insert. Instead of slamming it off the concrete I decided to put it back in the box and ready to ship back to Amazon. What and awful design for people with no patience or big hands or both.

I've the same Tuffy console safe in my Jeep. I remember telling myself during the Install of Suck™ that I only have to do this job once.

Not wanting or needing a dead pedal makes me glad that I didn't have to take on that particular job.

What and awful design for people with no patience or big hands or both. Then I put dielectric grease on most of my seals to see if I can quiet down the popping since day one. Fingers crossed.

Big handed guy. Installed mine with no issues. But I had patience.

Really? Ordered mine from 4 wheel parts online. Shipped next day, got it in three. Sorry to hear you’re waiting. You’ll like it when you get it tho. Seems strong. I’ll have to get used to the new fill technique tho. Be sure to mark your dipstick as the instructions say.

Installed JKS front trackbar, it always looks easier in the utube videos than it really is. got it installed and noticed my steering feels a bit tighter.

Successfully wired up the light to my American Adventure Lab tailgate table.

installed the Epic Kraken and twin ARB compressor.

Attempted to wire up my Flex Era 4s to the Aux switches. Caused something to smell like it’s burning instead. Flex Era 4 help!

Today I fixed my @KC HiLiTES FE4 wiring harness. Big thanks to that team for their support!

Got an alignment done as it pulled to the right ever since I got it from the dealer, I still pulls to the right...dealer says its within specs....

is that rear thrust enough to do it? If tail wants to pull left that would point you slightly more to the right I believe...

I like the FTM-400, I'm used to a more manual radio so some of the functions I have to double and triple check prior to using it. Honestly, I don't think A UV-5R with an externally mounted antenna is a bad setup for a convoy. I only use a dedicated mobile radio because the linked repeater system in Colorado is pretty good. Having the capability to hit those repeaters is a safety feature for me.

However, if I had to do it all over again I think I would have gone with a handheld and saved up for a new iPhone that's SATCOM-capable (allegedly coming soon) for more austere emergencies.

Not today, but over the winter. Armorlite flooring system, ARB twin compressor on Epic Kraken mount and inflation system, ARTEC inner fender liners, and Tom Woods drive shafts. Soon to come Quake LED fender lights and re-gearing to 4.88s with Yukon gears. Love this Jeep and all the projects she gives.

Picked up a Rubicon hood a few months ago from the member exchange and finally got around to installing it today with this weather. Also swapped over to an AJT designs key fob for my main and spare. Quality and size is really nice and the key shank is in the rear compartment so no more accidental opening in pocket!
