no problem. I pulled my carpet out and put in Armorlite flooring. Only took a couple of hours (taking my time) of the initial install, then I found out the bushings had to be reset. ARB tech support was awesome and sent me an email with the instructions on how to reset within minutes of my phone...
love my Kraken and ARB set up. Test the compressor before bolting the seat back down. I had to reset the brushings as mine was not working. Also, if you don't want to come up through the drain hole in the passenger floor board there is another drain plug under the passenger seat.
Not today, but over the winter. Armorlite flooring system, ARB twin compressor on Epic Kraken mount and inflation system, ARTEC inner fender liners, and Tom Woods drive shafts. Soon to come Quake LED fender lights and re-gearing to 4.88s with Yukon gears. Love this Jeep and all the projects she...
not today, but last weekend. Went up to Crandon, WI for the 26th JJUSA-Northwoods (970 miles from home). Had a blast and wheeled with some awesome people. Highly recommend it.
They are from the Jeep Badge of Honor program. Get the app, build your profile and take on the trails near you and then plan to visit others. The badges are free once you checkin and complete a trail.
No major updates, but I did add my two new badges (BOH), Pee Wee's Crossing and Guard Rail. Then I added a Spiderweb shade, but it only helps so much when it's 104 outside. Doing some prep for next weekend for the JJUSA-Northwoods with my youngest son. It will be our first and we are both...
I dug through my emails and found the measurements that Clayton sent me. It’ll be a bit small but should expand to be viewed. Also, they also said to shorten the sway bars by one inch versus the 2.5 measurement.
Send Clayton a message; I needed those lengths for my JLUR and they sent them to me. They were quick to respond and even provided the sway bar lengths.
Not today, but this last weekend...
Went to SMORR to run trails with my brother and his '21 Bronco Badlands. Ran the BOH trails, Pee Wee's Crossing and Guard Rail, and a bunch of others. My '18 JLUR was a champ; the Bronco had 4WD go out on a hill and had to winch him out but it came back up...
I've had the 35s on since Dec '20 (so before the lift) and wanted more room for flex but didn't want to go too tall, for me (I'm only 5'9"). I've watch this lift for about a year and it was what I was wanting. After talking with Clayton Off-Road, most lifts are actually taller than advertised so...
Well it was this past weekend, but I took my Jeep to Hot Springs Off-road park for the annual Fun Run; had a blast. This was the maiden off-road use since I added a Clayton 1.5 Overland Plus to my JLUR; awesome - everything that I was wanting out of the Jeep. We hit all three badge trails and...
First trail test with the new Clayton 1.5 Overland plus this last weekend; it did awesome. We hit all three badge trails at Hot Springs Off-road Park for the annual Fun Run. The flex was awesome and the Jeep took the trails with ease; even did a couple of the four diamond (out of five) trails. I...
