I installed a Fox 2.0 ATS Steering stabilizer on my 2021 JLUR last summer. Last weekend, I tried to rotate the adjustment screw to adjust the firmness and noticed that the knob was very stuck and can't be done using a screwdriver. I switched to a small wrench and it can rotate a small degree but ran into strong force as well. I didn't want to force it. Now it is not adjustable. Did anyone run into a similar problem? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks!

Mine has done the same thing. I did get it to turn loose with a little force but now the adjustment knob has no stopping point up or down. I contacted Fox and they said to send it in and they will look at it. 1 year warranty should cover that if you are in it. I am five days over warranty but the guy on the phone thinks they will still cover it. Curious if you ever got yours figured out.

My Fox ATS got destroyed when my trackbar bushing failed. It ripped the mounting bolt off the bracket and crushed the bracket into the piston. Poor design imo. I won't be buying another one.

I went with the rubicon express NFS stab in a tie-rod mount position up high and protected. It also works better... stiffer feel and my steering nibble I had with the Fox is gone.

Highly recommended if your ATS can't be fixed. https://rubiconexpress.com/Suspensi....aspx?t_c=1&t_s=509&t_pt=3270&t_pn=R/ERXJ2002

Thanks guys for the information! Appreciate it. I noticed that after some driving, it loosened up enough to rotate about 12 clicks, not the full 24 or 25. I left it on one setting most of the time anyway. I did contact Fox customer support in July over email, but they never got back to me.

Just closing the loop here. Fox did end up fixing it under warranty. I had originally called them rather email and it was super easy.

Awesome. Mine is doing the same thing. What was the process? I'm 4 months out of warranty, but mine looks brand new and has few miles on it. I just filled out an online form with pics, receipt, etc, and they emailed me a RA. But what were the actual timeframes and process for you? I can't be without my Jeep for 2 weeks!

I won't own any Fox products again but that's just me. My shock are Radflo via another company.
Truck has kings..

ADS, KING, BILSTEIN, I would even run OME before Fox now

I'm not a big fan of Fox products...

If they don't take care of this for me, I'm done with them too. This is clearly some manufacturing defect of sorts for it to be happening. And happening to others. I haven't been able to hit a real trail in ages, the thing looks brand new too. If I had beat on it or something that would be one thing, but I haven't. They say that you should have them serviced between 10,000 to 50,000 miles dependent on how much on-road to off-road driving you do. I haven't even hit the 10,000 mark on the stablizer and I have done maybe 10 miles of easy to moderate off-roading.

I also had them repair mine. The communication with them leaves a lot to be desired, never told me if I was paying $70 to ship it for them to tell me I'd have to pay for the rest, never really communicated at all. Their portal never informed me of updates. But sure enough, I did send it in, they did repair it, and they did send it back free of charge. Appreciate the service, just wish communication was better.

That looks like RPM to me.. I'm going to send my Fox ATS back to the factory. Maybe they can fix it? Death wobble destroyed mine due to a POS metalcloak front TB.

EDIT so they told you were responsible after shipping screw Fox, I will never buy another Fox or MC product.

King would have made that right...

This is the Fusion 4x4 tie rod and drag link with a TMR clamp and screw for the Fox SS.

I had a King SS before but like this one better, its all preference.

I had a good experience with their service but I always call rather than email.

Thank you sir. I have used the Fox SS in the past never had an issue. I am getting ready to change out Drag Link and Tie Rod was looking at Currie. Just wondered what you had there.. ?

Edit Correction I said Currie I meant Synergy.

I just had those same components installed from Fusion and Teraflex HD ball joints. How have the Fusion components treated you?
