Woo Hoo! Received an email today that my Jeep has arrived at Koons Jeep in Virginia.

Looks like it only took 5 days shipping from Toledo to Washington DC area.

I now need to book a flight from Atlanta to Washington DC and drive it back home to Georgia sometime this next week.

I did some virtual inventory checks of 2022 Wranglers at 5 nearby dealerships (including the dealer where I ordered my 2022 Wrangler, which is still in D1).

I found two 2022 Unlimiteds on the lot and found each of the 5 dealerships reported at least two 2022 Wranglers as "in transit." I checked for a window sticker on ten of them and was able to find a window sticker on each one.

So, at five local dealerships, there are at least 12 2022 Wranglers showing up as dealer stock. I can't say I'm very happy this much local dealer stock is showing up before my custom order from early November.

That said, would a dealership take the time to update its Wrangler inventory to report a custom order? Could some of these be custom orders for other pre-sold deals?

Could be pre sold or or stock or a combo of both. Jeep is going to have to get some dealer stock out to the dealers, can’t just be building all sold orders in order, especially if some sold orders are waiting on certain parts and they have other parts for other Jeeps they can build and send to a dealer.

Same as my order aside from the color. Firecracker red won out over the Sarge Green for me. I just was given an ETA of 1/28 to 2/8 for delivery. I was hoping it might have come in on the same train as yours. It’ll be dropped off at the train depot in Mechanicville, NY, north of Albany then trucked north to me. Two months of walking in the cold north country about to end. It has been -26*F these past two mornings!

I would think it was dropped off before mine, but you never know how the trails run.

Firecracker Red was my other choice. It was close. Both colors are great.

I'm still in the dark even after being escalated, Loosing hope

It's October/ Early November black out order group.

I finally got back to D1, with an updated estimated ship date of 2/1 after I pushed and escalated with Jeep chat, and my dealer escalated on his end as well.
