I ordered them (Roam) on Thur-- I think that was the last. If there's no box to order, it means they're sold out. As mentioned, Anthony can advise when they'll have more available....

Okay, that's good you clarified that. The Roam ones look great as side steps, and if they serve as sliders as well, they seem a good value...
They aren’t sliders/rock rails. If you look back through earlier posts (post 118 on page 8) at the cad design screen shoot they don’t cover the pinch seam down the entire length of the vehicle. At a $299 price point they are a functional side step but won’t protect like a proper slider/rock rail.

They actually use more of the pinch seam than the factory rails, but the leverage further out may not make them ideal as a full blown rock protection. I don't consider the Rubicon Rails actual sliders either, but they hold up to minor abuse(Just like I assume the ROAM setup would.)
Here you can kinda see the factory mounting for the Rubi rails.

Here is the Rhino RB20 on my JLUR. Went with steps due to age. These in no way substitute for rock rails. They would fold like a cheap suit but is a nice step!

Nice looking! I ordered these that are on back order. Thoughts on the quality?

Also, what did you end up doing with the OEM rock rails? I see the MOPAR part is around $300 but feel like there's not much of a market to sell them.

The ROAM's are listed at $399 now on their website, but they're also currently out of stock (meaning it doesn't allow you to order, which I find odd... Why not just take the order and start a backfill list?)...

Is this a permanent price change, or when they're in stock do they just show a $100 discount?

I'm ready to buy at $299, but would probably do more shopping at $399.

I sprung for the Roam's at $299 as it seemed like a great deal... As noted, it appears on the website the regular price is $399.... Mine should be here shortly, but no JLU to put them on-- mine is in "I" purgatory...hopefully not forever!

Did you actually get a confirmation from Roam? I am going to shop elsewhere. It has been more than a month since I first reached out.

Yep, got a confirmation from Anthony. I suggest contacting him, rather than through the website....

Ya, I was 100% going to buy it, but raising it $100, nevermind, I will stick with the rock rails now.
Just don’t think it’s right to allow some to order, then raise it so fast. More options will be coming out to choose from. Pretty disappointed.
