No worries. I think he's inundated with vehicles coming in, new and existing customers emailing him and has learned that some expect to pickup their vehicle the day it arrives. That sucks. My Sales guy kick a$$. I did purchase a truck from him this year and we speak often. He sent this yesterday and updates me daily, even on his days off. “I don’t expect that, but he states it takes 30 seconds to log in and look”. Maybe get on the Sales Guy a bit. At this point it’s principal.

I'm guessing the next email I receive will say it dropped a couple days prior and will be ready in a couple days, kinda splitting the difference to manage expectations.
Seriously tho, I'm in no hurry now as long as I get it by late September. I'll admit I definitely went thru the 5 stages of grief waiting 12+ weeks when I truly expected to have it by mid-July as I watched the good top-down weather and outdoor events slip away.
Tho the Depression phase was kinda replaced by another, stronger, Anger phase.
