Same here. Wife needs to do the night shift at Stony Brook Hospital on Sunday evening. The lovely hospital HR just told everyone to instead come Sunday morning and prepare to stay until Monday night. Ridiculous.

I just discovered a crack in one of my toilets. Thankfully I have another, so I can just turn the water off to the bad one and wait until Monday.
So annoying, since Home Depot is about an hour drive away and I could easily switch it out myself IF THE WEATHER WAS COOPERATING. But no, -2 to -20 tomorrow and heavy snow Sunday and Monday. Grr. Now I'm going to have to pay a local plumber and hope that he has the same one to replace it with.

16 to 24 inches of snow, on top of a glaze of ice, with -23F wind chills. Nope, I'm all about wheeling but this weather is dangerous. First responders hate this crap because they have to go rescue idiots from it.

Relax bro. I just wanna go live a little ok. 2 things you can rest assure; when I go out I know of a few places I guarantee I'll be the only person on the back road. 2nd, I'll die before I call a first responder. I won't even take my cell phone. If you don't ever hear from ol flip again it was nice knowing you.

No hurry if you have another toilet. Besides, think of the fun you'll have driving your new jeep to home depot.I just discovered a crack in one of my toilets.

It's not the snow I'm worried about, it's being out in the extreme temperatures tomorrow and being a long way from home!No hurry if you have another toilet. Besides, think of the fun you'll have driving your new jeep to home depot.

While funny, I sure hope you’re not serious. I do hope you try to take calculated risks and know when to call for help. Not everybody getting caught in a jiffy is “an idiot” like other posters incorrectly stated. And first responders are there for a reason.

I will be wheeling one of these. The tractor if it’s just snow, it sits in a heated garage so it’s quick to get moving. If it’s icy it will be the loader with tire chains, after it warms up for 30 minutes that is. Just another day here
