Anyone predicting that the 2026 order banks will close end of May. Along with the Moab 392 orders closing. One year offering?

AND

2027 order banks opening in June. Along with the Willys 392 being the version available for MY 2027?

Any bets on a price adjustment from the original announcement?
Are you thinking the Willys 392 will increase in price or decrease? I don’t think it will increase……if it gets released.

I predict the Willys 392 will be released as a 2027 model with the same sub $70k MSRP.

Interesting. I dunno but I think I’m bailing on the Willys and ordering a Moab. My bonus cash offer expires the end of the month. Plus the recent addition of painted flare option on the Moab is enough to push me across the finish line. The lack of any updates on this Willys drop is ridiculous. That said - it if I do order a Moab - I expect the Willys order banks to open on May 1st. :)
You can get body colored fenders on the 392 Moab?

Yes. Recently added as an option. See Ourisman Moab 392 thread in Ordering section.
Jeep's really trying to get us to jump ship and order a Moab.
Just checked the Moab build and price but did not see it on there yet.
Good point in the 2027 possibility.
If it's still a 2026, we'll all have a freshly delivered 1 year old vehicle.

The build tool on Jeep site is notoriously inaccurate. As an example, I learned that Firecracker (my first choice) is no longer available for order on the Moab 392. And Tuscadero and Joose apparently are available (not interested - just pointing out it’s not listed as an option on build site, along with painted flares).

Ok. I didn't see the update on Jeeps website. I tried to buy a Jeep from 2 different Ourisman stores and they were absolutely horrible to deal with!! Ending up beating their best offer by over $5K with a much better experience.

No firecracker?!? The dealers here used to provide updates on color changes but man they have been really quiet the past 6 months or so…. Whats up with that!

Just guessing, but a model year change could give them an excuse to raise prices. (The advertised price for a Willys 392 was only for MY 2026, sort of deal)

Spitballing the delay is due to pricing too far apart from the current MOAB???

But, with the recent color fender option on the MOAB, I think they are desperate for sales. That and the increase in discounts on the MOAB. Must not be selling as fast as they thought they would.

Not to change the subject thread, but after fishing this weekend, I’m actually considering ordering the factory winch. Previously, I had zero interest in it, but as my buddy said, it would make pulling out a sizeable 3-person raft look really easy. I’ve read the front springs are heavier when the winch is optioned to compensate for the extra weight, but those darn Madonna crash cones are hideous. Has anybody found an alternative to them? Tia

It is fairly easy to remove the covers, cut the crush cans, and install the smaller covers. There are a bunch of threads and YouTube videos on doing this.

I got the winch, still have the ugly large covers. To be honest, I don’t even notice them. I might change them out at some point, but it is not a high priority.
