I couldn't care less about the leather seats or the hard core 4wd crap. The SOT is a must.
Was hoping for the standard Willys cloth seats. They could have saved another grand or so and left the leather for the Moab.
Heck, we don't even know what the interior looks like!
Standard Willys cloth dash with the gold stitching?

I pinged Jeep Cares. They had no info and referred me to the Stellantis media page (which still says March). This whole thing is bizarre.

its lame is what it is, was hoping to order before summer temps hit but looking unlikely.

Ditto. And I’ve been looking into Katzkins colors/installs, so if Jeep wants to leave off the black leather, I’m fine with that. Will probably change it out anyway with a Katzkin medium-light gray.

I do think the war and oil at $112/barrel, Stellantis’ financial woes, and sitting Moab’s is affecting the Willys 392.

Funny thing is I saw several dealerships slightly increase their prices with Moab Jeeps on the lot as it ticked over to April.

Maybe next week I'll hear back from the two Jeep reps I emailed. The two that had their contact information posted on that release.

Another week of silence from Jeep, we should take bets on order date. I will say 1 day after tax day, 4/16.

I'm surprised none of the influencers at EJS have pinned down a Jeep rep and asked "So...Willys 392. WTF is going on?"

You are way more optimistic than me, lol. My glass-half-empty mentality thinks minimum of June or July after Iran, oil stabilizes, and they see what Moab’s are moving for off the lot. I find it truly insane that there is no explanation or mea culpa at this point for missing on March. The “drop” came February 12, lol.

I am trying to be optimistic because if they start delaying every drop it will get ugly.

It is annoying that Jeep can somehow find a way to suck the excitement out of new product. I’m watching the Commando process too (I wasn’t selected but did get a rebate on a new Jeep purchase, that expires end of this month) - and same frustrations.

I did see that Dirt Road Cred mentioned the delay a couple weeks ago. Wish they would ask the Jeep peeps at EJS.
